How Your Guarantee Works

If you bought from savvybags.co.za or totembags.co.za:

  1. If you experience a manufacturing defect within 1 year
  2. Contact us directly at info@savvybags.co.za
  3. We'll assist you with your claim

If you bought from a retail store:

  1. Keep your till slip or proof of purchase safe
  2. If you experience a manufacturing defect within 1 year
  3. Return your bag to the store where you purchased it
  4. The retailer will assist you with your claim

Caring for Your Savvy Bag

Do's:

  • Carry bag with straps on both shoulder
  • Clean with a damp cloth
    Always stand the bag on a firm base
  • Do not place sharp unprotected instruments in the bag
  • Hand wash with a mild detergent and dry out the sun

Don't's:

  • Don't overstuff beyond capacity
  • Don't expose to extreme conditions
  • Don't use for unintended purposes
  • Do not load the bag with more than 6-8kgs
  • Do not wheel trolley bag up and down the stairs
  • Tuck away trolley shoulder straps when wheeling the bag
