Is there free shipping on all orders?
Free shipping only applies to orders of R800 or more, anywhere in South Africa.
How much does it cost if I order less than R800?
For orders below R800, a flat shipping fee of R99 will apply.
How do I check on the delivery status?
Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can log into your account on our website at any time to track the progress of your delivery.
Can I collect my order directly from your premises if I require it urgently?
Unfortunately, we do not offer collection from our premises. However, we aim to deliver all orders within 2 to 4 working days.
Do you ship internationally?
At this stage, we are unable to offer international shipping. Current global freight rates remain high, but we hope to resume international deliveries as soon as conditions allow.
Delivery Schedule
How long will my order take to arrive (within South Africa)?
Once your order is packed, estimated transit times are as follows:
- Gauteng: 2 - 4 working days
- Main Centers: 3 - 5 working days
- Regional Areas: 3 - 6 working days
- Remote Areas: 5 - 8 working days
